First day of class completed and I still have that back-to-school buzz!

I’m so excited to be taking part in BLUE1647’s new 1919: Women in Technology and Entrepreneurship training initiative.  As a participant in the Graphic Design cohort, I’ll be spending the next 12 weeks collaborating with some wonderful Chicago women in tech while sharpening my graphic design and Adobe Photoshop skills.

Named after the year that ended the women’s suffrage movement and the 19th amendment, the 1919 program is poised to help women in STEAM fields and women-owned businesses flourish through a host of professional and leadership development courses.
